Controller “BRKV-04” air conditioner rotation and ventilation control unit

The device “BRKV-04” – (air conditioner rotation and ventilation control unit) is designed for use as part of monitoring, dispatching, status control and control systems for air conditioners and split systems in automatic or manual mode. The main purpose is to control two air conditioners, thus solving the problem of providing uniform consumption of mechanical resource of air conditioners by rotation with a given time interval. The main functional capabilities of the BRKV device are:

• possibility of “teaching” the BRKV to control parcels from the regular RC panel of the air conditioner;
• function of remote monitoring via SNMP (Ethernet) of the climate control system status;
• automatic room temperature maintenance by controlling split-systems via IR channel;
• room temperature monitoring;
• possibility to configure the device and control air conditioners via WEB-interface or via SNMP locally or remotely via Ethernet interface;
• formation of alarms and sending TRAP packets to the server;
• ventilation control (using the optional device URV02 connected via RS485).

The BRKV device performs the function of controlling two air conditioners according to the scheme “main” – “standby” in order to maintain the room temperature within the specified range. The device allows controlling any type of air conditioners equipped with an infrared receiver. The set includes the BRKV device (in a DIN rail housing), two infrared emitters for controlling air conditioners, two temperature sensors for providing feedback from air conditioners and an additional sensor for monitoring indoor temperature.
