We select the optimal shipping method for your order. In-stock items are dispatched within 5–10 business days of payment confirmation, and lead times for made-to-order equipment are specified in your commercial offer.

Shipping Costs & Customs Clearance

Cost depends on destination, weight and dimensions, and is calculated individually and included in your commercial offer. We prepare a complete customs set: commercial invoice, packing list, certificates and declarations of conformity. Payment terms are on the Payment page.

Cargo Insurance

Basic carrier liability coverage is included with every shipment. At the customer’s request, we arrange full cargo insurance for the entire order value.

Packaging

All equipment ships in protective industrial packaging. Fragile devices — meteorological sensors, time servers — are packed in shock-absorbing materials.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you receive a tracking number by email and can monitor delivery status in real time on the carrier’s website.
