We collaborated with RID to supply IoT controllers designed for real-time monitoring and remote control of their diesel generator units. Our devices collect operational data, track equipment status, and transmit alerts via Ethernet or GSM connectivity, ensuring stable communication under demanding industrial conditions.
Using RID’s communication modems, the system enables service staff to receive status updates, diagnostics, SMS and email notifications, and to manage generator operating modes through a dedicated monitoring platform. The reliable hardware design—with wide power-input support, galvanic isolation, and industrial-grade temperature tolerance—ensures dependable performance in remote and harsh environments.
This project highlights our ability to integrate smart IoT hardware into existing industrial systems, improving uptime, simplifying maintenance, and giving clients full visibility into the health of their power-generation equipment.
