Synchronization source – “IS-01.1” is designed for frequency synchronization by 1PPS signal, which is formed using a highly stable generator, as well as for time synchronization in information networks using PTPv2 and NTP protocols.

The following sources can be used as a reference signal source:

GNSS (GPS, GPS+GLONASS, etc.)
server (Master) with hardware support of PTPv2 protocol.

The purpose of “IS-01.1” in PSG (Primary Setpoint Generator) mode is to generate synchronization signals for the WBBU module at base stations (BS) through the transport network.

The purpose of “IS-01.1” in the SSG (Secondary Setpoint Generator) mode is to generate synchronization signals for the WBBU module at base stations (BS). Stability of the synchronization signal supplied to the BS, not worse than 1 μs during 2 days in case of loss of connection of the BS with the core of the network (in case of an accident on the transport) is provided by the work of a high-precision built-in generator. It is possible to switch to another source of stable synchronization signal, for example (GLONASS/GPS).
