Warranty Period
The warranty period for the Product is specified in the Product’s technical documentation or in another document provided to the Customer. In any case, the standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery.
Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, any repairs or replacements of the Product due to manufacturing defects will be performed at the manufacturer’s expense. This does not apply if it is determined that defects were caused by misuse, improper handling, or storage by the Customer.
Warranty Claims
To initiate a warranty claim, the Customer must contact us in writing via postal mail or email at sales@jcom-iot.com. The claim must include:
• Description of the problem
• Reference to the purchase agreement
• Product specification used during delivery
Technical Support
During the warranty period, technical support is provided by our engineer-programmers remotely. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, the Product must be returned to our office for diagnostics and repair.
Warranty Extension
The warranty period is extended for the duration the Product or its components were out of service due to defects. If the Product or components are replaced, a new 12-month warranty period starts from the date of replacement.
Return and Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning Products for warranty service. Outbound freight costs on the original invoice will not be credited.
Important Notes
• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• The manufacturer reserves the right to assess additional fees if returned items are damaged or incomplete.
• Certain special order items or customized Products may have separate warranty conditions.
