The central element of the M2M-telematics system is GSM-converters. The devices are designed to organize a transparent communication channel between the equipment with serial interfaces RS-232, RS-485, CAN and the user&#8217;s computer with the service program by means of GSM communication.\r\n    The user&#8217;s service program works directly with COM port as if the equipment with RS-232, RS-485, CAN interfaces is connected directly to this computer, despite the fact that the actual distance may be thousands of kilometers.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h3>TWO WAYS TO USE THE SERVICE:<\/h3>\r\n    <ol>\r\n      <li>The user works with the remote modem through the IM2M-portal service.
