In any case, the standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>Warranty Coverage<\/h2>\r\n<p>During the warranty period, any repairs or replacements of the Product due to manufacturing defects will be performed at the manufacturer\u2019s expense. This does not apply if it is determined that defects were caused by misuse, improper handling, or storage by the Customer.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>Warranty Claims<\/h2>\r\n<p>To initiate a warranty claim, the Customer must contact us in writing via postal mail or email at <a href=\"mailto:sales@jcom-iot.com\">sales@jcom-iot.com<\/a>. The claim must include:<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2022\tDescription of the problem<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2022\tReference to the purchase agreement<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2022\tProduct specification used during delivery<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>Technical Support<\/h2>\r\n<p>During the warranty period, technical support is provided by our engineer-programmers remotely. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, the Product must be returned to our office for diagnostics and repair.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>Warranty Extension<\/h2>\r\n<p>The warranty period is extended for the duration the Product or its components were out of service due to defects. If the Product or components are replaced, a new 12-month warranty period starts from the date of replacement.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>Return and Shipping<\/h2>\r\n<p>Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning Products for warranty service.
